Bronze Package
An initial consult and second visit with nutritional & exercise counselling  for weight loss. 

Silver Package
Includes everything from the Bronze package, plus one 15 minute and  one 45 minute follow up appointment each month to monitor measurements  and progress.

Gold Package
Includes everything from the Bronze package, plus two acupuncture sessions and one 45 minute follow up appointment each month.

Also, exercising doesn’t have to be a chore! We will work with you to find an appropriate amount to exercise for you that is enjoyable and effective.

Regular check-ins include monitoring your weight, percent body fat, and body mass index, waist circumference, pulse, blood pressure, and respiration rate. At each visit, you will have the opportunity to monitor your diet and adjust it appropriately. Having a naturopath on your side will give you the motivation and results you are looking for.
